At Pathways Lifestyle Medicine, we promote what the overwhelming body of science shows us: that a whole foods plant-based diet can help prevent, treat and even reverse many of today’s leading diseases. A healthy diet comprised of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts and legumes is fiber-filled, nutrient dense, health promoting, disease fighting, versatile and most importantly, delicious!
