ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Our 90-day (3 month) doctor-supervised health coaching program utilizes the evidence-based principles of lifestyle medicine to help patients develop sustainable lifestyle habits to lose weight and keep it off. No extreme diets and gimmicks.

Our Approach

  1. Comprehensive whole foods plant-based nutritional plan

  2. Evidence-based meal-timing, nutrient-timing

  3. Short-term fasting

  4. Exercise medicine

  5. Sleep optimization

  6. Phytotherapy / botanical medicine (if needed)

  7. Natural therapies (like hydrotherapy)

  8. Laboratory testing (as needed)

90 days of health coaching and support from the Doctor

Eligible for full insurance coverage and direct billing

Full body composition analysis with award-winning InBody technology (before and after)

Detoxification program

Personalized nutrition, exercise and health plan

Continuous monitoring and check-ins by doctor (virtual)

Access to other potential resources: Support groups, online classes

George Cho a licensed naturopathic doctor with an emphasis on evidence-based lifestyle medicine to address chronic diseases. He is a member of the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
