Our 90-day (3 month) doctor-supervised health coaching program utilizes the evidence-based principles of lifestyle medicine to help patients develop sustainable lifestyle habits to lose weight and keep it off. No extreme diets and gimmicks.
Our Approach
- Comprehensive whole foods plant-based nutritional plan 
- Evidence-based meal-timing, nutrient-timing 
- Short-term fasting 
- Exercise medicine 
- Sleep optimization 
- Phytotherapy / botanical medicine (if needed) 
- Natural therapies (like hydrotherapy) 
- Laboratory testing (as needed)

Eligible for full insurance coverage and direct billing
Full body composition analysis with award-winning InBody technology (before and after)
Detoxification program
Personalized nutrition, exercise and health plan
Continuous monitoring and check-ins by doctor (virtual)
Access to other potential resources: Support groups, online classes

Weeks 1, 5, 9: Detox
Weeks 2 - 12: on-going monitoring, learning and check-ins and detox
Final week: Final consults, assessments and exit continuity plan.

George Cho a licensed naturopathic doctor with an emphasis on evidence-based lifestyle medicine to address chronic diseases. He is a member of the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

Bi-Weekly doctor check-ins: $65 (6 consults) 
Total fee: $520 everything included except labs (Fully insurable under Naturopathic coverage)
