Go Veg! is a 3-week support group kickstart program for those looking to adopt a more whole foods plant-based (WFPB) eating pattern. Using the popular evidence-based 21-Day Vegan Kickstart from PCRM, you’ll enjoy delicious plant-based food and gain the knowledge, tools, social support and confidence you need to experience better health and a more compassionate lifestyle through plant-based eating. About the 21-Day Vegan Kickstart
Go Veg! is based on the 21-Day Vegan Kickstart from the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM). This excellent free, evidence-based online program has everything you need to get started on plant-based eating: meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, daily videos, nutrition tips, cooking demonstrations, and more. In just 3 weeks, you’ll break old habits, start new ones, and see how easy and beneficial it is to stick with a plant-based diet. Here’s how it works
We and other fellow kickstarters will go through the 21-Day Vegan Kickstart Program together.
The support group meets once a week to:
try delicious plant-based recipes
discuss the weekly nutrition topics covered in the program
share experiences, successes and challenges
set goals for the following week
You will also receive additional tools, books and resources for your plant-based journey. Our staff doctor and other health professionals will also be on hand to share expert advice and answer your questions.
